  ENO is a structured overnight logistics operator, not a parcel network. A dedicated vehicle and driver operate your route every night — pricing, SLA and accountability all sit with one operation.

• 02What is included in a dedicated route programme?

  Dedicated vehicle and driver, fuel, full cargo insurance, GPS-tracked operations, digital POD and structured nightly reporting, plus SLA monitoring and operational support.

• 03How are SLAs handled?

  SLA-backed operations with service credit structures for ENO-caused operational failures. SLAs are defined per programme around realistic logistics conditions — loading windows, traffic, access and operational dependencies.

• 04What about damaged or lost cargo?

  Fully insured. Structured claim within 7 days, settled within 30.

• 05Do you operate reverse logistics?

  Yes. Returns, swaps and empties are collected within the same dedicated overnight route.

• 06How fast can operations start?

  From signed pilot to first live operational night in 2–3 weeks, after route survey and onboarding.

• 07API or EDI integration?

  REST API, CSV import and EDIFACT (IFTMIN / IFTSTA) available from month two of the pilot programme.

• 08GDPR & proof-of-delivery data?

  Hosted in the EU. POD data retained 90 days unless contracted otherwise.
